What is the SHAZAM! Program?
The SHAZAM Workout Program is a complete fitness & nutrition program to heighten and improve all facets of fitness, nutrition and life! The program is named after the DC comics superhero because the name is actually an acronym for Solomon, Hercules, Atlas, Zeus, Achilles, and Mercury. The program will improve a client's power, strength, endurance, balance, agility and speed while teaching them the best nutritional tactics for their goals.
This is how the acronym SHAZAM relates to our fitness program
Solomon: for Wisdom
Hercules: for Strength
Atlas: for Stamina
Zeus: for Power & Recovery
Achilles: for Courage
Mercury: for Speed
As stated, the SHAZAM! Program is a program not just a workout. Peter Marino will teach you about proper nutrition for: recovery, working out effectively and better overall health. The program covers all of the aspects of fitness including speed, power, strength, mobility and stamina. Peter is also your courage booster to get you through the workouts and encourage you to be super!
Once a week on Mondays you may text Peter Marino with your nutritional questions. Once a month we'll all meet in person and I'll give you a detailed rundown of why you should eat a somewhat paleo diet and how to follow through with it & modify it for your body and needs. I'll also teach you how to lose bodyfat, how to gain muscle, how to perform better and how to enhance your cognitive abilities. Here are some other benefits to the program:

ANYONE! Peter adjusts and modifies exercises to fit anyones fitness level. That said, it's especailly good for people that engage in sports or competitions of any kind as it will enhance your skills, strength, endurance, speed and agility. Believe it or not more women enjoy this class than men. Todays woman has super demands on them so super fitness is required! Men love it because it allows them to release their primal tension within!
