Although we train mainly very high-end clientele including celebrities, most do not want or are advised not to post it on websites like ours. The following are people that we've worked with that allowed us to post their testimonials. As always your privacy is of the highest importance to us and we will never post a testimonial unless we have written consent from you.


I tried your diet with a couple of friends recently and we got amazing results. In 7 weeks I dropped from 12% bodyfat down to just 5%! and my friends had similar results.Click for larger size image

I was a smoker, scoffed at exercise and was overweight and out of shape.
