How do I get started?
Go to Peter Marino's online personal training profile page to contact him. Then download the Trainerize app on The App Store, if using Android download the PeterMarinoFitness App on Google Play. You will receive a confirmation email once the account is set up. Conversely, you may pay using the pricing buttons above and we will email you your account info. Waiting time will depend on the plan but you will get login information within 24 hours.
How long will it take for me to get my program?
If you opted for a 12 week plan or pre-made monthly subscription, you'll have immediate access. If it's a personilzed plan Peter Marino will contact you to find out your goals and then start making a program. It may take 3-5 business days to get your program made. Remember this isn't A.I. making your program it's a real trainer!
What are 12 week plans?
These programs are for people that just want a one off program that's specific to their needs. It's not personalized but it is very targeted for specific results.
Do nutrition plans come with it?
For 12 week and pre-made subscripton plans no, nutrition is not included. For the personalized $59 per month plan yes, we will provide healthy recipes that will fit into your lifestyle but more importantly we'll track your dietary intake once you use and then connect MyFitnessPal. All recipes packs have a MyFitnessPal tracking scan code to easily upload your meal! From the nutrition tracking we can provide better dietary advice and gear you into the right direction for your specific results.
